Final Statement of Emergency

Meeting of the Revolutionary Council

 

Amidst the shock and profound sadness caused by the sudden death of our Chairman Seyoum Ogbamichael that overwhelmed the total membership of the ELF-RC as well as other national forces and our entire people, the Revolutionary Council was convened between 29 and 31 December 2005 in an emergency meeting called by the Acting Chairman Tekle Melekin in agreement with the RC Speaker, Ibrahim Mohammed Ali. The emergency meeting had the objective of ensuring the continuation of  the national democratic tasks of the organization and to effectively address the new challenges.

 

The ever energetic, optimistic and dauntless Seyoum passed away of a sudden heart failure while steadfastly struggling to create a country without all sorts of injustices; a country that enjoyed democracy and rule of law; a country that respected human rights and the dignity of every citizen; a country that conquered ignorance and poverty; an Eritrea that guaranteed social and religious equality to all; an Eritrea that duly respected the sovereignty of people’s will and power, and an Eritrea that could emerge as a modern respectable state among the community of free nations.

 

Naturally, the leadership of the ELF-RC had to ring emergency bells into all its organizational institutions. Any possible uncertainty or confusion was avoided by the ELF-RC structure which already addressed such developments. Accordingly, Tekle Melekin, structurally the Vice-Chairman of the organization, immediately emerged as the Acting Chairman and led the organization to manage the critical period. Priority tasks at that hour included following up the circumstances of the sudden death, the medical and legal processes that had to be pursued towards investigating the real cause of death and coordinating with family members on arrangements for the funeral. The RC meeting concluded that all organs of the ELF-RC that had to take part in these duties played their roles correctly and effectively.

 

An organization led by a capable and competent leader finds itself on a progressively growing curve, and situation like a sudden death  of such a leader leaves in its trail major challenges that require serious responses. It was this reality that the emergency meeting of the RC  had to address in order to be able to continue the ongoing tasks under the Victory Strategy of the organization. Affirming its resolve to push forward the struggle to remove the dictatorship in Eritrea and in its place establish a multiparty democratic system, the emergency meeting of the RC decided that focused action will be pursued on the major tasks of this stage as listed below: 

 

On Organizational Matters

·                    The martyrdom of Chairman Seyoum is in itself an event that rings the bell for  more sacrifices from every member of the ELF-RC. Therefore, all members of the branches and zones of the ELF-RC anywhere in the world shall have  redesigned immediate tasks in order to redouble their devotion and ensure effective implementation of organizational duties and responsibilities

·                    The ELF-RC shall assign and deploy full-time cadres that promote organizational work at all levels of its structure.

·                    The ELF-RC shall launch intensive action of open opportunities for all national democratic elements with proud records in the long years of our struggle so that those productive elements could positively and effectively contribute in the current struggle.

·                    ELF-RC shall put more efforts on the mobilization of the Eritrean youth and further develop the youth centers and clubs already established in several places.

·                    Intensive work shall be conducted to enhance the already started re-organization of women on effective basis and to ensure their wider participation.

·                    Efforts shall be made to ensure increased continuation of support to the grade 1 to grade 8 schools for Eritrean refugees in Eastern Sudan which are taken care by the Alliance of the Eritrean Red Cross/Crescent Societies and the Eritrean Democratic Association (EDA).

·                    The ELF-RC supported Center for Wounded Fighters (Wuguat Harnet) in Kassala shall receive continued attention for improvement under the direct care of the Association of Disabled Eritreans (ADE).

·                    Efforts shall be increased to generate adequate resources to intensify our activities in the diplomatic, information and social spheres.

 

On the Eritrean Opposition Camp

·                    The emergency meeting rededicated ELF-RC’s unrelenting resolve to improve and advance the Eritrean Democratic Alliance by continuing to play its role  based on agreed upon provisions.

·                    The ELF-RC shall strive to narrow down differences with organizations that possess related political programmes and work towards reaching higher levels of unity.

·                    Our organization shall coordinate and work closely with civil societies, media outlets and other pressure groups opposed to the dictatorship in Eritrea so that these bodies can become effective to play useful roles in building up a viable democratic process.

·                     The ELF-RC is determined to contribute in an organized manner in transforming our people struggle to an invincible force by coordinating and closely working with the nascent and steadily growing people’s resistance inside Eritrea

Regional and International Relations

·                    The ELF-RC shall drive to full fruition the plans and efforts that were building up to foster   diplomatic relations at the international level. In particular, our organization shall push forward the already growing cordial relations with sisterly neighbouring peoples and governments on the basis of mutual respect and common interest for peace and joint prosperity.

·                    Regarding the border issue between Eritrea and Ethiopia, the ELF-RC shall continue supporting peaceful resolution of the conflict based on the final and binding decision of the Border Commission and according to the Algiers Agreement reached between the two countries.

·                    The emergency meeting of the RC also expressed concern by the situation of Eritrean refugees who are affected by UNHCR’s earlier decision of withdrawing  recognition of the status of refugee to Eritreans. The ELF-RC shall continue its call on the world body to rescind that decision.

 

Our Struggling People and Patriotic Members of ELF-RC!!

After deeply studying the challenges to be faced following the absence of our martyred chairman, the emergency meeting of the Revolutionary Council found it imperative to dedicate and deploy more full time senior cadres to be serving the organization based in the region surrounding Eritrea.

 

Accordingly, Woldeyesus Ammar has been elected to become the new Chairman; Tekle Melekin shall dedicate full-time service as head of the International Relations Office, and Tesfai Woldemichael (Degiga) was designated to become the new head of the Office of the ELF-RC Chairman located in Eritrea’s neighbourhood.

 

In conclusion, the emergency meeting of the Revolutionary Council expresses deep appreciation and heartfelt gratitude to all leaderships and members of the opposition organizations, civil societies, news media, sisterly countries, international bodies and private individuals who have expressed through different channels including the electronic media their condolences or who have physically taken part at the funeral in order to grant a deserved farewell of a National Hero to the late ELF-RC Chairman Seyoum Ogbamichael.

 

The emergency RC meeting registered deep gratitude to Ethiopian authorities who from the very start provided the necessary coordination and facilitation till the remains of the late Seyoum reached the final destination. Likewise, the RC extends profound gratitude on behalf of the family and members of the ELF-RC to the Dutch authorities who organized for our Patriot-Martyr Seyoum an official funeral that is granted in Holland to a Heroic Freedom Fighter.

 

In the words of Patriot-Martyr Seyoum, “We shall remain fighters and ready to become martyrs” until our Eritrea ceases to be a prison to its people and until it is transformed into a  peaceful, democratic and prosperous nation.

Thank You All

 

The untimely martyrdom of  the 40+ years devoted veteran fighter Seyoum Ogbamichael was a deeply regretted loss to Eritreans who have the welfare and love of their people in heart. The major damage of this loss befalls those Eritreans who are struggling for peace, justice and democracy in our country. That was why all in the opposition received the sad news of his death with shock and incomprehension, and flocked in big numbers to pay final respects and say: “Thank you, Seyoum, for your steadfast struggle”. This overwhelming public gesture of sympathy and moral support was greatly helpful to the bereaved family and his comrades-in-struggle.

 

We in the ELF-RC wish to extend heartfelt appreciation to all leaders and members of political and civil organizations, and private individuals for the various support and assistance they extended to us and to the  family from the day of Seyoum’s sudden death on 17 December 2005 till his remains were buried in Holland on 30 December 2005. Likewise, we wish to express our deep gratitude to the various Eritrean websites that granted  wide coverage to the sad event and for their heartfelt expression of sympathy with his comrades-in-struggle.

 

In short, we extend unlimited words of appreciation to all those persons who remained close us from very short period of Seyoum illness till the end and supported us with their advice, material support, encouragement, expression of sympathy to all members of our organization through various means and, finally, by their physical presence at the funeral.

 

In particular, the ELF-RC wishes to extend profound gratitude to the governments of Ethiopia and the Netherlands for their support and facilitation of services so that our late comrade could be granted a deserved patriot’s funeral in Holland.

 

In conclusion, we say that the sadness and shock of martyrdom  carries with it the hope of realizing the objectives for which the martyr has fallen. We were united in the grief of losing a great comrade-in-struggle like the steadfast Seyom. Now it is time to hope that this unity in grief over the body of our common comrade shall be transformed into unity of purpose and become helpful in the struggle to remove the dictatorial regime in Eritrea.

اجتماعـاً طارئـاً

في الفترة من 29 – 31 / 12 / 2005م عقد المجلس الثوري لجبهة التحرير الارترية/ المجلس الثوري اجتماعاً طارئاً دعا فيه الي العمل بإخلاص من أجل تحقيق أهداف السلام والعدالة والديمقراطية التي ناضل من أجلها شعبنا والشهيد/  سيوم عقباميكائيل رئيس جبهة التحرير الارترية/ المجلس الثوري وكل شهداء شعبنا الأبطال بصلابة وصمود.

      

قـــــرّر الاجتماع الطارئ الذي عقد برئاسة الأخ / تخلي ملكين نائب الرئيس متشاوراً مع الأخ / إبراهيم محمد علي رئيس المجلس الثوري، قرر زيادة عدد الكوادر القيادية العليا التي تقوم بمهامها متواجدةً في تخوم الوطن مضحيةً بكامل وقتها من أجل تلك المهمة النضالية العظيمة.

 

بناءاً على ذلك قرر الاجتماع أن يتولّى: الأخ/ ولدي يسوس عمار رئاسة اللجنة التنفيذية وأن يكون الأخ/ تسفاي ولدي ميكائيل مديراً لمكتب الرئيس، وأن يظل الأخ/ تخلي ملكين في منصبه السابق نائباً للرئيس ورئيساً لمكتب العلاقات الخارجية.

 

دعا الاجتماع كافة قواعد جبهة التحرير الارترية/ المجلس الثوري من أعضاء ومناصرين ومتعاطفين أن يكونوا كالعهد بهم صموداً ورباطة جأش، وأن يكثفوا جهودهم ونضالاتهم في سبيل خدمة وإنجاز الأهداف المرجوة ورفع وتيرة النضال من أجل الديمقراطية والتغيير بأقصى ما يمكن.

 

يتوجه المجلس الثوري بالشكر والتقدير الي كل الارتريين الذين قدموا لأسرة البطل الشهيد/ سيوم عقباميكائيل ورفاق نضاله الدعم المادي والمعنوي أو عبروا عن مشاعرهم النبيلة تجاه المصاب الجلل، كما يتوجه بأسمى آيات العرفان للحكومتين الاثيوبية والهولندية على دعمهما وتعاونهما السخي ابتداءاً من إيصال جثمان الفقيد/ سيوم الي مثواه في ضواحي روتردام وحتى انتهاء مراسم الدفن.

في الرابع من يناير 2006م رحل عن دنيانا الأخ/ يماني إسياس قبرتنسائي بعد معاناةٍ طويلة مع المرض والتردد علي المشافي، هذا وقد توفي الفقيد بمدينة كسلا السودانية ودفن بها.

 

والد الفقيد هو السيد/ إسياس قبرتنسائي ووالدته هي السيدة/ أبرهت كفلن، وقد ولد يماني في العام 1961م بقرية (( عداقا دحنا )) بمنطقة (( طلما ))، وفي العام 1977م التحق مقاتلاً بجبهة التحرير الارترية، واصل يماني مهامه النضالية بالجبهة باللواء (( 69 ))، الكتيبة الثانية، السرية الثانية، وفي العام 1980م أصيب الفقيد في يده وهو يؤدي واجبه القتالي في ضواحي منطقة (( ألبو )) وتسببت تلك الإصابة في إعاقته جزئياً فشلـّـــــت يده اليمنى فانضم الي قائمة جرحى ومعوقي حرب التحرير.

 

قيادة جبهة التحرير الارترية/ المجلس الثوري تعرب عن عميق حزنها بوفاة الفقيد وتتقدم بالتعازي القلبية لأسرة الفقيد ولأعضاء التنظيم وجرحى حرب التحرير واتحاد المعوقين الارتريين سائلةً المولى أن يتغمد الفقيد برحمته وأن يلهمنا وأسرته الصبر وحسن العزاء.

على الرغم مما ظللنا ولا نزال نكابده في جبهة التحرير الارترية/ المجلس الثوري قيادةً وقواعد من الفقد الأليم الذي روعت به أمتنا الارترية وقواها الوطنية والمتمثل في الرحيل المفاجئ للأخ الرئيس/ سيوم عقباميكائيل، إلا أننا مواصلةً للمهام الوطنية والديمقراطية التي كان يتحمل أعباءها الرئيس/ سيوم ومواجهةً للتحديات التي خلقها غيابه المفاجئ، وبناءاً على دعوة الرئيس المؤقت الأخ/ تخلي ملكين ورئيس المجلس الثوري الأخ/ إبراهيم محمد علي عقد المجلس الثوري في الفترة من 29 – 31 / 12 / 2005م اجتماعه الطارئ.

 

لقد فارق الشهيد/ سيوم دنيانا إثر علته المفاجئة، فارقنا وهو الذي ناضل بإرادةٍ فولاذية وعزيمةٍ لا تلين وتصميم لا يعرف الكلل والملل وروحٍ وثابة لا تهادن ولاتداهن ولا تساوم، ناضل من أجل أن تكون بلادنا ارتريا متحررةً من كل أنواع القهر، ترفل في ثياب العدالة، تسودها الديمقراطية ويتوجها حكم القانون، أمينةً وحريصةً على حقوق الإنسان وكرامته، قاهرةً الفقر والجهل والمرض، محققةً المساواة الدينية والاجتماعية، مستمدةً شرعية السلطة من الشعب، لاعبةً دورها المنوط بها كدولة حديثة متقدمة تملأ مقعدها في الصفوف الأمامية لدول العالم عن جدارة واستحقاق.

 

وفي أحوال طارئة كهذه كان لابد للمجلس الثوري أن يدق مباشرةً ناقوس الطوارئ في جميع مؤسساته، ونسبةً للفراغ الذي خلــّـــــفه رحيل الفقيد/ سيوم في أعلى موقع قيادي، وحتى لا يتجه التنظيم الي حالة من الفراغ غير المتوقع، ولكي يواصل البناء المؤسسي للتنظيم عمله بأسرع الوتائر بدأ المناضل/ تخلي ملكين على الفور مباشرة عمله رئيساً مؤقتاً يقوم بتسيير أعمال التنظيم، متحملاً أعباء المسئولية القيادية في مواجهة كل ما خلقته الظروف المستجدة.

 

وبما أن المهمة التي حظيت بالأولوية علي سائر أعمال التنظيم كانت متابعة الظروف التي أحاطت بوفاة المناضل/ سيوم من التشريح واتخاذ الخطوات الطبية والقانونية التي تعقب الوفاة وتأكيد طبيعية الوفاة ثم الإعداد لمراسم الدفن بالتعاون مع أسرة الفقيد، لاحظ المجلس الثوري بتقدير واهتمام الدقة والقدرة الفائقة التي أبدتها مختلف الأجسام التنظيمية فيما كلفت به من إعداد متطلبات تلك المهمة وهي تحت الضغط النفسي المرير لأجواء الحزن التي كانت تخيــــّـــــم عليها.

 

إن القائد الصلب يقوم بإنجازاتٍ مرئية لا تخفى على أحد، لذلك يوطـّـــد أقدام تنظيمه في سلــّـــم الصعود والتقدم، ورحيل مثل هذا القائد وإن ترك خلفه تحدياتٍ جمة فإن دوره يظل باقياً، والاجتماع الطارئ للمجلس الثوري عندما تناول بالتقييم التحديات الماثلة أمامه كان يضع في ذهنه هذه الحقيقة، وتوصل الي أن كل هذه التحديات تعكس بشكلٍ مباشر ما كان يجري العمل فيه من استراتيجية تنظيمية للإنجاز، وبالإضافة الي تأكيده مجدداًعلى الاستمرار في مواصلة النضال الهادف الي هزيمة دكتاتورية الفرد في بلادنا ارتريا، وبناء النظام الديمقراطي القائم علي التعددية الحزبية فقد أخذ المجلس علي عاتقه مسئولية التركيز علي إنجاز ما يلي:

أعضاء تنظيمنا البواسل

 

تعويضاً للفراغ الذي خلفه رحيل الأخ الرئيس سيوم في قيادة التنظيم، ولمواجهة المهام والتحديات التي رحل عنا وهو يؤدي واجبه الوطني في التصدي لها، وبعد دراسة عميقة ومتأنية كان لابد للاجتماع الطارئ للمجلس الثوري أن يتخذ قراراتٍ حاسمة فيضيف الي رفاق الشهيد في اللجنة التنفيذية والذين ظلوا يواصلون النضال بكل عزيمة وإصرار، أن يضيف اليهم أعضاء قياديين متفرغين تفرغاً كاملاً لتحمل أعباء القيادة في المواقع التنظيمية العليا، ويعمل علي دعم وتعزيز المقر المركزي للتنظيم والذي يقع في التخوم القريبة من الوطن.

 

بناءاً علي ذلك نعلن عبر هذا البيان أن الاجتماع قرر أن يشغل المناضل/ ولدي يسوس عمار منصب رئيس جبهة التحرير الارترية/ المجلس الثوري، وأن يتولّى المناضل/ تخلي ملكين رئاسة مكتب العلاقات الخارجية ممارساً عمله بالمقر المركزي للتنظيم، وأن يعمل المناضل/ تسفاي ولدي ميكائيل (( دقيقة )) مديراً لمكتب الرئيس، كما قرر الاجتماع في ذات الوقت أن يكون ثلاثتهم متفرغين كاملي التفرغ لعمل التنظيم.

 

في الختام لا يفوتنا أن نتقدم بالشكر الجزيل والتقدير الفائق لكل أعضاء وقيادات التنظيمات المعارضة، منظمات المجتمع المدني ، مراكز ووسائل الإعلام، البلاد والمنظمات الدولية الصديقة، ولكل من ساهم بالحضور الشخصي أو التمثيل أو الإبراق أو المهاتفة، كتابةً أو شفاهة في وداع البطل الوطني الشهيد المناضل/ سيوم عقباميكائيل.

 

كما نتقدم بالتقدير العميق لما قامت به الحكومة الاثيوبية منذ الساعات الأولى للوفاة وحتى وصول جثمان الشهيد الي مثواه من تعاون ومؤازرة سخية، والشكر موصول للحكومة الهولندية التي بذلت كل ما يليق بكرامة مقاتل في سبيل الحرية، وودعت معنا الشهيد وأودعته مثواه الأخير بكل ما يستحقه ويستأهله من مراسم وطقوس رسمية، وباسم جميع أفراد أسرة الفقيد/ سيوم وباسم التنظيم نعرب مجدداًعن بالغ شكرنا وتقديرنا للحكومتين الصديقتين.

 

وأخيراً وكما قال المقاتل/ سيوم: حتى تكف ارتريا عن أن تكون سجناً لشعبها فتصبح وطناً ديمقراطياً مسالماً مزدهراً، (( فنحن مناضلون ما حيينا، وإذا متنا فشهداء خالدون )).

 

 

إن الهدف الذي سقط من أجله كل شهدائنا لابد له من أن ينتصر ويتحقق.

ስዉእ ተጋዳላይ ስዩም፡ ሃገርና ኤርትራ፡ ካብ ኩሉ ዓይነት ዓመጻ ዝተናገፈት፡ ፍትሒ ዝዓሰላ፡ ደሞክራስያን ግዝኣተ ሕግን ዘንገሰት፡ ሰብኣዊ መሰልን ክብሪን እትሕሉ፡ ንድኽነትን ድንቁርናን ዝሰዓረት፡ ማሕበራዊን ሃይማኖታውን ማዕርነታት ዝረጋገጸላ፡ ሕጋውነት ስልጣን ካብ ህዝቢ ዝውረሰላ ሃገር ንኽትከውንን፡ ከም ዘመናዊት ሃገር ኣብ ኣህጉር ተራኣ ንኽትዓምምን ምእንቲ ክትበቅዕ፡ በቲ ዘይሕለልን ዘይድህለልን፡ ሕልናኡ፡ በቲ ደኺመ ዘይፈልጥ ኣካሉ፡ በቲ ኣብ እዋን ሽግር ቀጥ ዝብል ዕጣቑ እናተቓለሰ እንከሎ እዩ፡ ብሃንደበታዊ ናይ ልቢ ወድቀት ዝዓረፈ።

 

ኣብ ከም’ዚ ዝበለ ሃንደበታዊ ሃለዋት፡ ሰውራዊ ባይቶ፡ ቀጥታዊ ናይ ህጹጽ ኩነታት ደወል ኣብ ውሽጢ መላእ ትካላቱ ክድውል ግድነት ነበረ። ብመስዋእቲ ብጻይ ስዩም፡ ኣብ’ቲ ዝለዓለ ሓላፍነታዊ ቦታ ብዝተረኽበ ሃጓፍ ምኽንያት፡ ውድብ ናብ ዘይተጸበዮ ባዶነት ንኸየምርሕ፡ ድማ ትካላዊ ህንጻ ውድብ ብህጹጽን ብቐጥታን ክሰርሕ ነበሮ’ሞ፡ ተጋዳላይ ተኽለ መሊኪን ብቕጽበት ከም ግዜያዊ ኣቦመንበር ኣብ መድረኽ ደይቡ ንውድብ ከካይድን፡ ሓድሽ ኩነታት ንዝፈጠሮ ሓላፍነት ተሰኪሙ ክመርሕን ጀመረ።

 

ካብ ዕማማት ውድብ ቀዳምነት ዝሓዘ ዕዮ እቲ ንመስዋእቲ ተጋዳላይ ስዩም ኣኽቢቡ ዝነበረ ኩነታት ምምርማርን፡ ድሕረ ሞት ክካየድ ዘድልዮ ሕክምናውን ሕጋውን ስጉምትታት ብምውሳድ፡ ባህርያውነት ዕረፍቱ ምርግጋጽን፡ ምስ ስድራ ቤት ብምትሕብባር ስርዓተ ቀብሪ ምስንዳእን ብምንባሩ፡ ሰውራዊ ባይቶ ንኹሉ’ቲ ጠለባት ዕዮ ከሰላስሉ ዝተመዘዙ ኣካላት ውድብ፡ ኣብ ክሊ መሪር ናይ ሓዘን ጸቕጢ፡ ጽፉፍ ስራሕ ከካይዱ ከም ዝበቕዑ መዘነ።

 

ብርቱዕ መራሒ ምርኡይ ስራሓት እናካየደ ንዝመርሖ ውድብ ኣብ ደያቢ መስርሕ ክጸምዶ ይጸንሕ፡ ክሓልፍ እንከሎ ድማ ብድሕሪኡ ሓያል ብድሆታት ገዲፉ’ምበር ከም ተራ ኣይሓልፍን። ህጹጽ ኣኼባ ሰውራዊ ባይቶ፡ ኣብ ቅድሜኡ ዘሎ ብድሆታት ክግምግም እንከሎ ነዚ ሓቂ’ዚ እዩ ተመልኪቱ። ብቐጥታ’ንከ እዚ ብድሆታት’ዚ ነቲ ኣቐዲሙ ክስርሓሉ ዝጸንሐ፡ ወድባዊ ናይ ዓወት ስትራተጂ ከም ዘንጸባርቕ ተገንዚቡ። ኣብ ሃገርና ኤርትራ ውልቀ መላኽነት ዝሰዓረ፡ ኣብ ሰልፋዊ ብዙሕነት ዝተመርኮሰ ደሞክራስያዊ ስርዓት ንምህናጽ ዝዕላማኡ ቃልሲ ከም ወትሩ ቀጻሊ ምዃኑ ደጊሙ ኣብ ልዕሊ ምርግጋጽ፡ ነዘን ዝስዕባ ጉዳያት፡ ብኣትኩሮ ከሰላስል ምዃኑ ኣመዝገበ፥

 

ኣብ ውድባዊ መዳይ

 

·         መስዋእቲ ኣቦ መንበር ስዩም፡ ከም ተረኽቦ’ውን ንዝያዳ ተወፋይነት ዝዕድም ኣብነት ብምዃኑ፡ ኩሉ ኣባል ውድብ ብዘለዎ ዞባታቱን ጨናፍሩን ዕዮታቱ ብተዓጻጻፊ ከማዕብል፡ ቃልስታቱ ብዝያዳ ከሕንን ዝኽእለሉ መደባት ሰሪዑ ክንቀሳቐስ እዩ።

·         ኣብ ዝተፈላለዬ ጽፍሕታት ናይ ውድባዊ ትካላቱ፡ ምሉእ ግዜኦም ናብ ውድባዊ ስራሕ ዘትኮሩ ካድራት ክምዝዝን ከዋፍርን እዩ።

·         ነቶም ኣብ ነዊሕ ቃልሲ ርኡይ እጃም ዝነበሮም ሃገራውያን ደሞክራስያውያን ባእታታት ቃልሲ ኤርትራ ንምጥርናፍ ጽዑቕ መደባት ብምክያድ ኩሉ ብቕዓታቶምን ክእለታቶምን ዝዋፈረሉ ናይ ስራሕ ሜዳ ክኸፍት እዩ።

·         ኣቐዲሙ ኣብ መስርሕ ዝጸንሔ ዕዮታት ምጥርናፍ ናይ መንእሰያትን፡ ምሕዳስን ምምዕባልን ክበባት መንእሰያትን፡ ክቕጽልን ክሓንን እዩ።

·         ኣብ መደብ ዝጸንሐ ምድንፋዕ ስርርዓት ደቂ ኣንስትዮ ኣብ ተግባራዊ መዳይ ፍጻሜኡ ክርኢን ሰፊሕ ተሳትፎ ኪረጋገጽን እዩ።

·         ካብ ቀዳማይ ክሳብ ሻሙናይ ክፍሊ ኣብ መደበር ስደተኛታት ብሓልዮት ውድብን ብቀጥታዊ ተሳትፎ ማሕበራት ቀይሕ መስቀልን ወርሕን ኤርትራን፡ ኤርትራዊ ደሞክራስያዊ ማሕበርን ኪካየድ ዝጸንሔ ኣገልግሎት ክቕጽል፡ ህጻናትን ዕሸላትን ኤርትራውያን ድማ ትምህርቶም ክቕጽሉ እዮም።

·         መደበር ውጉኣት ሓርነት ኣብ ትሕቲ ሓልዮት ውድብን፡ ቀጥታዊ ተሳትፎ ማሕበር ኣካለ ጽጉማን ኤርትራን ቀጻልነቱ ክረጋገጽ ምዕባሌኡ ድማ ክርኢ እዩ።

·         ገንዘባዊ ዓቕሚ ውድብ ብምድንፋዕ ኣብ ዲፕሎማስያዊን ዜናውን ማሕበራውን መዳያት ጽዑቕን ሰፊሕን ዕዮታት ክሰላሰል እዩ።

 

ኣብ መዳይ ሓይልታት ተቓውሞ

 

·         ሰውራዊ ባይቶ ነቲ ውድብና ከም ኣካል ኤርትራዊ ደሞክራስያዊ ኪዳን ከካይዶ ዝጸንሐ ዕማም፡  ኪቕጽሎን፡ እቲ ስምምዕ ብዝገዝኦ መደባት መሰረት ሕጂ’ውን እጃሙ ከልዕልን፡ ብዘይስልኪ ንያት ንምምዕባሉ ክጽዕትን እዩ።

·         ብፕሮግራም ደረጃ ምስ ዝመሳሰልዎ ተቓወምቲ ውድባት፡ ዝህልዎ ፍልልያት ከጻብብን ናብ ዝለዓለ ስምረታዊ መስርሕ ንኺሰጋገር ክጽዕትን እዩ።

·         ብመልክዕ በርጌሳዊ ማሕበራትን፡ ዜናዊ ማዕከናትን ካልእ ዝተፈላለዬ ናይ ተቓውሞ ምንቅስቓሳትን፡ ንሃገርና ኤርትራ ናብ ደሞክራስያዊ መስርሕ ንኸሰጋግሩ ከም ናይ ጸቕጢ ሓይሊ ዝነጥፉ ኣካላት ሕብረተሰብና፡ ንኺዓብዩን ተራኦም ክዓሙን፡ ብዘይ ምቑጣብ ክተሓባበርን፡ ዝተወሃሃደ ዕዮ ንኽካየድ ክጽዕትን እዩ።

·         መላእ ህዝቢ፡ መሰላቱ ንምርግጋጽ ዘካይዶ ቃልሲ፡ ብዝተወደበ ኣገባብ ናብ ዘይሰዓር ሓይሊ ንምቕያሩን፣ ነቲ ኣብ ውሽጢ ኤርትራ ክዓኩኽ ዝርከብ ህዝባዊ ተቓውሞ ንምድጋፍን ንምውህሃዱን፡ ቀጻሊ መደባት ሰሪዑ ክንቀሳቐስ እዩ።

 

ኣብ ዞባውን ኣህጉራውን መዳይ

 

·         ነቲ ብቐጻሊ ክሰርሓሉ ዝጸንሐ ዲፕሎማስያዊ ውጥን ተጋድሎ ሓርነት ኤርትራ ሰውራዊ ባይቶ (ተ.ሓ.ኤ ሰ.ባ.) ኣብ ጭቡጥ ምዕራፋቱ ንምብጻሕ ብኣትኩሮ ከሰላስሎ እዩ። ብፍላይ ምስ ናይ ከባቢና ኣሕዋት ህዝብታትን መንግስትታትን ኣብ ሓድሕድ ምክብባር ተመርኲሱ ዝተፈጥረን ክምዕብል ዝጸንሐን ሰናይ ዝምድናታት፡ በቲ ሒዝዎ ዘሎ ኣወንታዊ መስርሕ ክቕጽልን፡ ህዝብና ምስ ኣህዛብ ኩሎም ጎረባብቲ ሃገራት ብሰላምን ሕውነታዊ ምክብባርን ናይ ምዕባሌኦም ጐደና ንኽግጐዓዙ፡ ውድብና ልዑል እጃሙ ከልዕል እዩ።

·         ነቲ ኣብ መንጎ ኤርትራን ኢትዮጵያን ዘሎ ናይ ዶብ ጐንጺ፡ ብዝርኢ፡ ውድብና ሒዝዎ ዝጸንሐ መርገጽ ብምቕጻል፡ ብመሰረት ውዕል ኣልጀርስን ኣህጉራዊ ውሳኔ ኮሚስዮን ዶብን ብሰላማዊ መንገዲ ንኽፍታሕ ጸዓታት ከካይድ እዩ።

·         ናይ ሕቡራት ሃገራት ላዕለዋይ ኮሚስዮን ስደተኛታት፡ ኣብ ልዕሊ ኤርትራውያን ስደተኛታት ብዝወሰዶ ብይን፡ ሰደተኛዊ ተፈላጥነትን መሰላትን ኤርትራውያን ይገሃስ ስለ ዘሎ፡ ሰውራዊ ባይቶ እቲ ብይን ንኽሰሓብን መሰል ስደተኛታት ንኽምለስን ክጽዕት እዩ።

 

ጽኑዕ ተቓላሳይ ህዝብናን ሓርበኛታት ኣባላት ውድብን!

 

ህጹጽ ኣኼባ ሰውራዊ ባይቶ ነቲ ስውእ ኣቦመንበር ሒዝዎ ዝጸንሐ ውድባዊ ሓላፍነት ንምምላእን ብድሕሪኡ ዝገደፎም መኸተታት ንምግጣምን ዕምቈት ዘሰነዮ መጽናዕቲ ድሕሪ ምክያድ፡ ኣብ ልዕሊ እቶም ምስ ኣቦ መንበር ኣብ መስርዕ ሓላፍነት ተሰሊፎም ዘይሕለል ቃልሲ ከካይዱ ዝጸንሑ ኣባላት ፈጻሚት ሽማግለ፣ ኣብ ላዕለዋይ ውድባዊ ጽፍሒ ምሉእ ግዜኦም ኣወፍዮም ክቃለሱ ዝግባኦም ተወሰኽቲ ኣባላት ክምዝዝ፡ ንሃገርና ኣብ ዝቐረበ ቦታ ዝርከብ ማእከላይ ቤት ጽሕፈት ውድብ’ውን፡ ክዓዝዝ፡ መሰረታዊ ውሳኔታት ክወስድ ግድነት ነበረ።

 

በዚ መሰረት ተጋዳላይ ወልደየሱስ ዓማር፡ ኣቦ መንበር ተ.ሓ.ኤ. ሰውራዊ ባይቶ ኮይኑ ከገልግል፤ ተጋዳላይ ተኽለ መለኪን ከም ናይ ወጻኢ ጉዳያት ሓላፊ መነሃርያኡ ኣብ ማእከላይ ቤት ጽሕፈት ውድብ ኮይኑ ከዋፍር፤ ተጋዳላይ ተስፋይ ወልደሚካኤል (ደጊጋ) ድማ ናይ ቤት ጽሕፈት ኣቦ መንበር ምምሕዳር ክመርሕ፡ ሰለስቲኦም ድማ ምሉእ ግዜኦም ወፍዮም ከስርሑ ከም እተመዘዙ፡ በዚ ኣዋጅ’ዚ ንገልጽ።

 

ኣብ መደምደምታ፡ ንኹሎም መሪሕነታትን ኣባላትን ተቓወምቲ ውድባት፣ ንኹሎም ሲቪላዊ ማሕበራት፡ ንናይ ዜና ማዕከናት፡ ንፈተውቲ ሃገራትን ኣህጉራዊ ውድባትን፡ ከምኡውን ንኹሎም እቶም ብውልቃዊ ደረጃ፡ ብኣካል፣ ብስነጽሑፍ፡ ብኤለክትሮኒክ መልእኽቲ፡ ንስውእ ተጋዳላይ ስዩም ናይ ሃገራዊ ጅግና ምፍናው ዝገበሩ ዕዙዝ ኣድናቖትን ልባዊ ምስጋናን ነመሓላልፍ።

 

ሰበ ስልጣን ኢትዮጵያ፡ ካብ ዕለተ መስዋእቲ ኣትሒዞም ብዘርኣይዎ ዘይቁጡብ ምትሕብባርን፡ ስውእ ናብ መዕረፊኡ ቦታ ክሳብ ዝበጽሕ ብዝገበርዎ ኣሳልጦታትን፡ ልባዊ ምስጋና ነመዝግብ። ሆላንዳውያን ሰበ ስልጣን እውን ናይ ነጻነት ተዋግኣይ ክወሃቦ ዘለዎ ክብሪ ሂቦም፡ ብወግዒ ኣዐጂቦም ምስ ኩልና ተሓባቢሮም ሓመድ ኣዳም ክሳብ ዝለብስ ስለ ዘሰንይዎ፣ ብስም ኩሎም ስድራ ቤት ስዩምን ብስም ውድብን ልባዊ ምስጋና ነቕርብ።

 

ከምቲ ሓርበኛ ስዩም ዝበሎ፡ ኤርትራና ናይ ህዝባ ቤት ማእሰርቲ ካብ ምዃን ኣቋሪጻ ደሞክራስያዊትን ሰላማዊትን ብልጽግትን ሃገር ክሳብ እትኸውን “ እንተሎና ተቓለስቲ እንተሞትና ድማ ነበርቲ ስውኣት ኢና”
