Khartoum, 8 April: President of the Republic FM Umar al-Bashir will tomorrow morning head for the Eritrean capital ofAsmara for a one day visit. During the visit, he will hold bilateral talks with President Isayas Afewerki and ways ofstrengthening joint cooperation between the two countries.

The president of the republic will be accompanied by his aide Dr Nafi Ali Nafi, advisor Dr Mustafa UthmanIsma'il, the minister of the presidency of the republic Gen Bakri Hasan Salih and the chairman of security bodiesand national intelligence, Gen Salah Abdallah.
